Model EA Water Motor Alarm Gong
Sprinkler Alarm is a hydraulically driven mechanical bell. It does sound a continuous alarm when the sprinkler system operates. The impeller and drive shaft are energy efficient, made from lightweight non-metallic material and does not require any external lubrication. The gong, protection cover and motor housing are made of corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy.

Model B Wet Alarm Valve (Flange / Flange)
Model B wet alarm valves are designed for use in wet pipe sprinkler installations in buildings not subject to freezing temperatures.
This type of wet alarm valve is designed to automatically initiate electric or hydraulic alarm whenever there is a flow of water to one or more sprinklers.
A variety of trim packages are available to suit the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction and a number of accessories can be supplied including straps and padlocks, pressure switches, retard chamber and water motor alarm gong.
This valve must be installed vertically in the main supply to a wet pipe sprinkler system.

Model E Water Motor Alarm Gong
The Model E water motor alarm gong is a self-contained, hydraulically operated alarm gong which sounds continuously whenever the fire protection system is activated. Designed with functional simplicity and sound engineering practice, the Model E water motor alarm gong is always ready to function in the event
of a fire.
It can be used with both wet and dry alarm valves plus deluge valves and is suitable for internal or external installation on any wall with a thickness up to 360mm.
The Model E water motor alarm gong is supplied as standard with a Y-strainer to prevent debris in the piping system from entering the rotor.

Model E Retard Chamber
The RD Retarding Chamber is used with the Alarm Valve Trim when variable pressure is anticipated in the system. It is a holding tank to prevent the sounding of the sprinkler alarm during a water pressure surge, but will permit the sounding of the alarm on a sustained flow.
The retarding chamber is connected to the alarm port of the alarm valve through the restriction nozzle. The retarding chamber is part of UL Listed Alarm Valve Trim. The retarding chamber is made of Cast Iron material.
